I've never been to such a clean, organized and relaxing pet store. The associates let you pet and play with any of the animals there without feeling pressured to purchase them. The puppy kennels are PRESTINE! every time I'm there I see at least two people in the back cleaning the kennels. I also love the little cubbies you get to hangout with the puppies in! They clean each cubby in between dogs. I can not emphasize enough how clean this store is! Amazing! I'll be pack for more puppy therapy soon!!

Got a 10 week old cavalier/beagle mix! 0% 2yr Financing plan, breeders, included supplies, and warranties are top notch. The store paid for his exam and medication for me when he got a stress induced illness during the second week being home. Pretty cool stuff.

The puppy slept through the entire night since the first day and has been a dream right from the get go. The workers really do a good job conditioning the pups for their forever homes :)

My family and I love PetCenter. Not only did it give my kids the opportunity to meet some awesome animals but it gave us some time to see if adopting an animal was a good fit and we had some great help along the way with everyone who works at PetCenter. After 2 years we finally got the dog we not only wanted but needed we love Samus and thank everyone who still calls up to check on her. I got my goldendoodle puppy Daisy in October. Jules was great helping us out! Everyone we talked to was very knowledgeable and helpful. You can really tell how much the staff cares about the animals. Will be sure to check here for my next dog!

I honestly never leave reviews unless I feel like it is well deserved. I have never been to a pet store quite like pet center. Very kind and courteous staff members, clean and welcoming store, lots of puppies to play with, and tons of supplies for you to choose from. Getting a dog was a big commitment for me and never having been a dog owner I had a lot of questions and concerns. Lauran was there to help me every step of the way when it came to adopting my little boy Squeegee. I’ve never met such a kind hearted individual that would text me off work hours when I had questions about my puppy. I thank all of the management who patiently answered all of my questions and advised me on what products would be suitable for my puppy. This is the kind of stuff that separates PetCenter from the rest, you will not be disappointed in coming here and I would highly recommend you stop by and play with a puppy! (and maybe even take one home 😂) Thank you PetCenter for connecting me with my best buddy Squeegee!

We visited the store for the first time to look at a Boston Terrier puppy. The store is clean, organized, and the staff was absolutely wonderful. Jules helped us understand the background of our pup and the minute they took her out for us to play with we knew she was coming home with us! To be honest I’ve never stepped foot in a pet store quite like this. Everything is pristine from top to bottom it even smelled amazing which is not what you would expect from a store full of animals. The animals are in great health and care.. the staff was magnificent and You can tell they love these animals like their own. We were blown away. Seems like the only people who make a fuss are the ones just annoyed at the price. If you’re familiar with today’s demand for a dog like this you’d know the package that comes with Is Worth every dollar! We have so much fun everytime we go, especially when we get to see roger the resident panther chameleon 😆

Pet Center is the place to go to find your new family member or even to pet them. From reptiles to fish to furry friends they have everything. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to questions to take the best care of your animals. Your pup is coming from a loving, caring, and clean environment. They are also doing Photos with Santa so take your little buddy to this place.

We just adopted a Bernese mountain dog and everyone in the store was absolutely amazing. Marc helped us through the adoption process and was beyond fantastic and patient. Everyone in the store knows and cares about every animal in there. Their follow up was amazing as well. Second to none. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a pet. Thor can't wait to go back and see his friends. Thank you to the entire team but especially Marc.
